Poems written on a trip to Italy during the Summer of 1994. The
First Edition of A Taste of Italy is sold out.

200 pages, hardcover, gold leaf on front cover and
spine, 100-copy run.
Poems written from ages 32 to 40, from 1995-2002. Contains the
majority of the poet's best-known "public performance" pieces, and his most
controversial and compelling works to date. Inspiration for poems
ranges from American prejudice and injustice to the events of September
11th, covering an arc of time from 1975 to 2002 in a unique "time
travel" style. The First Edition of Restoration is now rare and

Mr. Messineo's sixth collection,
Formal, will be the definitive collection of his varied
form-oriented poetry: pantoums, sestinas, sonnets, villanelles,
etc. Formal was published in 2006 - an accompanying
Silver Anniversary Tour, to celebrate his 25th anniversary of public
poetry performance, is fortcoming throughout 2006 and 2007.

Mr. Messineo's seventh collection, Historiopticon, will be the
definitive collection of his poetry based on American history themes.
The first poems for this collection were written in 1996. Mr.
Messineo anticipates a 15-year construction period, and book publication
date circa 2013.

1995-2005, a total of only 1000 books originally printed - now all
either sold out, rare, or out-of-print. In
2006, an additional 275 books were printed, and are now
available for purchase.
