Centuries Club Report

Once again, a happy National Poetry Month to all.
1. Time to join or rejoin is NOW
It isn't a club without your paid membership. Please go to "Join"
button for information on 2008 memberships today.
2. Poetry deadline extended to June 1, 2008
Poems inspired by events in America in the 16th and 17th centuries may still
be submitted, with a FIRM postmark deadline of June 1. This truly is it,
folks. Get cracking and send us some sensational poems before the
deadline.
3. Issue 42 nearing "final print" stage
The never-ending project is nearing its end. Reconstructing all these
years of our history, in great detail, hasn't been easy. We ask your
continued patience as we finish pulling this together as expediently, yet thoroughly, as
possible.
4. Formal tour not quite over
David Messineo will hold the last of his Formal readings between now
and June 30, 2008, break for summer, then resume in 2008-2009.
5. Creative Events set for 2008 season
All dates are now confirmed and

6. New library subscriptions for 2007
Sensations Magazine welcomes Caldwell Public Library, Sayreville
Public Library - and the return of Newark Public Library - as active
institutional subscribers.
7. PayPal convenience reactivated
After a long absence, we've
reactivated PayPal. To use PayPal to make a $50 payment (for Issues 42, 43,
and 44) or $30 payment (for Issues 43 and 44), go to the "Join" button.
8. Donation to the J.K Wright Memorial
Foundation
The final three copies of the "Losing
a Child and Other Loved Ones" supplement are being donated to the J.K Wright
Memorial Foundation, based at Johnny Angel in Lafayette, NJ. Go visit the
store, buy the supplement for $20 - and the full proceeds will go to the
memorial scholarship, which you can learn about at the location. The store is on
the western side of Route 15, adjoining the Mabie House/Lafayette Preservation
Foundation building.
